The service

TML House is a digital home organization planning tool. It produces reset boards, storage checklists, care notes and budget bands for small home surfaces, and suggests optional low-risk houseware bundles.

What we do not provide

• We do not provide cleaning, repair, installation, fitting, assembly or construction services.
• We do not provide professional organizer, inspection, safety certification, medical, legal or engineering advice.
• Reset boards are inspiration and planning only and do not promise a specific outcome.

Accounts and credits

Some features use reset credits or a studio subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Credits and subscriptions are described on the pricing page and governed by the refund policy.

Payments

Payment provider integration is pending. Until a provider is live, no card details are collected and no charge is taken through the site. When checkout goes live, payment terms shown at that time will apply.

Optional bundles

Houseware bundles are optional physical goods sold separately with their own shipping and returns terms. Suggestions are buying guidance only and do not include any installation or fitting.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for your own home planning.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or resell the service.
• Content and design on the site remain our property or that of our licensors.

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions you make based on planning output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
