Refund Policy

This policy sets out refunds for digital credits and subscriptions, and shipping and returns for optional physical houseware bundles sold by TML HOUSEWARES LIMITED.

Digital reset credits

  • Reset credits unlock digital boards delivered instantly to your account.
  • Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once a credit has been used to generate a board it is treated as consumed and is not refundable.
  • If a technical fault stops a board from generating, contact us and we will restore the credit or refund it.

Subscriptions

  • Monthly and annual studio plans can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the current period.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of a new subscription and have not used it, you can request a full refund.
  • After 14 days, payments already taken for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.

Optional houseware bundles

  • Physical bundles can be returned within 30 days in unused, resalable condition.
  • Return shipping is arranged with us first by email so we can confirm the return address.
  • Refunds for returned items are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and checked.
  • Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.

Payments pending

Payment provider integration is pending. While checkout is not live, no charges are taken, so no refunds are due. These rules apply once payments go live.

How to request a refund

Email support@tmlhouse.shop with your account email and, for bundles, your order reference. We aim to respond within three UK business days.
